Boots2Roots provides a pipeline of high-quality new workforce talent for Maine!

We are working with men and women who are transitioning directly from full-time, responsible jobs in the U.S. military and coming to, or returning to, Maine ready to work. Half of our Teammates are NOT native Mainers, they have school aged kids, and they want to live and work in Maine.

Our Teammates come to Maine from all five military services, range from senior military leaders with advanced degrees who have operated at the C-Suite level to front-line technicians, and everything in between.
