I was referred to the Boots2Roots organization by a retiree who had worked with them. I made initial contact in the summer of ’24 and received a response that same day. Randy, Ron and Disa were very helpful in understanding my retirement plans, helping me with thorough reviews of my resume, and setting up contact with BIW which led to a Skillbridge opportunity… They were very responsive and engaging and assured me that they are still available throughout the retirement process and beyond.
