A Marine Officer, HR professional, and returning B2R teammate, Zach offers a unique combination of experience in coaching, talent management, and organizational effectiveness – both within the military and civilian sectors.
Since relocating to Maine with his family in 2023, Zach has continued to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves while remaining dedicated to supporting others through the military-to-civilian transition process.
