Ashley and her family chose to make Maine home after her husband transitioned to the U.S. Navy Reserve in 2025. Throughout 16 years of active-duty military life, Ashley and her family relocated between Virginia and Rhode Island before eagerly settling in New England. Boots2Roots played an instrumental role in their own transition journey to Maine.
Ashley brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, and community engagement, along with a strong passion for supporting military members and their families as they pursue meaningful careers and build community after service. As a Military Transition Specialist, Ashley is excited to help Teammates navigate their own transitions and create the same positive experience that she and her family received.
